The total value of Water supply and waste water development programme of the City of Karlovac is 36 million Euros. Out of that, 22,5 million or as much as 62,5% will be financed by a grant from the ISPA programme. The rest is financed by the loan from European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) amounting to 10 million Euros and by national funds which amounts to 3,5 million Euros.
